Broadfield Coach House

The Broadfield Coach House is a beautiful stone cottage situated at the end of our tree-lined drive, tucked away in its own gardens. With ample parking for three cars to the front, there is a large south-west facing garden to the rear, complete with patio for morning coffee, afternoon tea or a sundowner or two.

While the Coach House is an ideal holiday cottage for six or seven guests, it can also be hired in conjunction with the main Broadfield house as it is a short walk away. However, both properties have their own facilities and are completely private meaning different guest groups can be entirely separate.

Please note that when weddings are taking place at Broadfield, the Coach House is reserved for guests of the wedding only.

The Coach House is dog-friendly.

Rest

Inside the Coach House are three bedrooms, sleeping six or seven people. There is a large downstairs bedroom, with a superking bed that can be split into two full sized singles if needed. A put up bed can be provided in here at a small additional cost. Next to this bedroom is a large downstairs bathroom with a waterfall shower.

Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms, both kingsize. These two bedrooms share a bathroom, again with large waterfall shower. A cot can also be provided in either the downstairs bedroom or the larger of the upstairs bedrooms.

All of the bedrooms come with luxuriously comfortable bed linen, thick towels, hairdryers and are beautifully and individually styled.

Dine

The Coach House has a modern and stylish kitchen, complete with all the facilities and equipment you would need for your stay.

The open plan feel of the space is ideal for entertaining, with the dining table in the heart of the kitchen, creating a truly social space.

Outside, the patio provides a fantastic area for outdoor dining, overlooking the large private garden.

Relax

The Coach House’s lounge space is both cosy and modern, with a large squishy sofa, comfy armchairs and a log burning stove. In winter, relax in front of the fire, and in summer throw open the French doors to the patio and garden.

The Coach House garden is large and enclosed, creating a space to socialise outdoors, let children play or even to relax in a hot tub (available to be hired in separately).
