Take over 15% off summer 2026 weekends

With just a few summer 2026 weekends still available, we are offering over 15% off your hire.

Included in your weekend hire will be:

  • Exclusive use from Friday lunchtime until Sunday lunchtime, giving you three days and two nights at Broadfield
  • The house with its nine bedrooms sleeping up to 24, the gardens and grounds, the bar and the fold yard marquee space
  • Full event planning from booking onwards
  • Your choice of ceremony and reception locations, indoors and out
  • The option to add the three bedroomed-coach house at a discount, able to sleep another seven
  • The option to add the newly renovated Broadfield barn to your booking at our launch price if you wish
  • The ability to bring in tipis or a marquee if you wish
  • Full flexibility on catering and other suppliers

Limited edition day-only weddings: £6000

Ordinarily, Broadfield is only available for a two night minimum. However, for a very few selected dates in 2026, we are offering exclusive use day-only hire.

Included in the package:

  • Use of Broadfield’s newly renovated barn, fold yard marquee, bar, gardens and the lounges in the main house
  • Your choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony locations 
  • Use of the barn for your wedding breakfast and evening reception: maximum of 90 day guests and 120 evening guests
  • The Broadfield bridal suite to get ready on the wedding morning, including the bedroom, dressing room and bathroom
  • Staffing for the whole day
  • Furniture, glassware, cake stand, portable speaker, garden games
  • Wedding planning and organisation
  • Access to the barn and ceremony areas the day before for set up; access the day after for clear down
  • Timings: guests on site from 1pm; guests off site at midnight

 

 

We are also offering the option to add the Broadfield Coach House for two nights, inclusive of three bedrooms sleeping six. This is ideal for the bridal party the night before and for the couple the night of the wedding. Check in is 4pm, check out is 11am. The price for this special offer only is £950

Drink

  • Drinks are at additional cost and must be bought through Broadfield or brought in with corkage paid.
  • Broadfield can open the bar from any point in the day for guests to buy their own drinks. 

Food

  • Couples must use any of Broadfield’s recommended caterers for the wedding breakfast: AtoZest, Your Plate or Mine, The Cider Barn or Pickled Pumpkin.
  • Couples can use any evening food supplier.
